Uninstalling Grammarly from your Windows PC is super simple. Here's the step-by-step guide:
Step 1: On the taskbar, head over to the start menu.
Step 2: Right-click on the start menu and go to the search bar.
Step 3: In the search bar type in “Control Panel” and hit Enter on your keyboard.
Step 4: In Control Panel, from all the available features, click on “Program & Features.” Here you’ll see the complete list of applications that are installed on your computer at the moment.
Step 5: Find Grammarly from the installed apps and right-click on it.
Step 6: Finally, after right-clicking, you’ll see an “Uninstall” option click on it.
Step 7: A popup will come asking you for the final permission click on “Yes.”

Note: You cannot uninstall Grammarly in Mac directly with the system settings. For that, you’ll have to install a third-party application in your laptop which I’ll talk about below.
Step 1: The first step is to install the “App Cleaner & Uninstaller” in your Macbook.
Step 2: After you run the app, it will automatically run down and scan all the apps that are installed in your laptop and show the complete list to you.
Step 3: From the available list of applications, find Grammarly, and on the right side of the app, click on the “Uninstall” button.
Step 4: Lastly, confirm the removal by clicking on the “Remove” button.

Here’s a step-by-step process to remove Grammarly from your Google Chrome web browser.
Step 1: Firstly, in the top right where you have all the installed extension icons click on the green “G” icon (which is of Grammarly).
Step 2: After right-clicking on the icon, you’ll see a list of options to choose from.
Step 3: In that, select the “Remove from Chrome” option.
Step 4: Once you click on that option, immediately a new screen will open up, and there it will ask you to confirm the changes. Finally, click on the blue “Remove” button and you’re good to go.

Removing Grammarly from the Safari browser is a bit lengthy process. However, if you follow the process, we show you it won’t take much time.
Step 1: In the Safari browser, on the top right corner, click on the gear icon.
Step 2: In here, from the drop-down menu, click on the “Preference” option.
Step 3: Next up, click on the “Extensions” tab to see all the currently installed extensions in your Safari browser.
Step 4: Click on the Grammarly extensions to see what all are the available options.
Step 5: Now if you want to disable the extension, uncheck the Grammarly “Enable” option.
